Deniz Motevaseli is an Iranian-born actress, writer, and multidisciplinary filmmaker based in Italy. Born on May 3, 1995, she holds a Bachelor's in Architecture and a Master's in Filmmaking — two disciplines that shaped her deeply visual, structural approach to storytelling.

Since 2023, following the Woman, Life, Freedom movement, Deniz made a firm personal decision to continue her career completely on her own terms — freely, without compromise. She moved to Italy, a country she first connected with through a physical theater workshop in 2016.

She speaks Persian, Azerbaijani, and English natively — and is currently learning Italian. This multicultural background shapes every role and every story she tells.
